During development, the Inventory ONE team tested various methods such as NFC, RFID and Bluetooth tags. In the end, the decision was made to use QR codes as the solution because this simple technology was the most convincing in day-to-day work. However, barcodes can also be processed by Inventory ONE. Of course, your inventory can also be organized manually, without any code technology.

No special hardware requirements are needed to use Inventory ONE. The web application can be used via all common web browsers. Inventory ONE can also be downloaded as an app for Android or iOS.

Inventory ONE can also be customized and integrated into your IT environment. The necessary interfaces are programmed promptly and in a coordinated manner.

Your data is stored exclusively in German data centers. The data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

QR codes are less prone to errors than solutions with electronic tags. They are also a very cost-effective solution that does not require any costly conversion work on operating equipment. If a QR code sticker does break or becomes extremely dirty, it can easily be replaced with a new sticker.

No. The QR codes are scanned with the Inventory ONE app. All you need is the camera on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

QR code stickers from Inventory ONE are waterproof, oil- and chemical-resistant, UV-resistant, disinfectant-resistant and even suitable for extreme temperatures between -40°C and +150°C.

Inventory ONE offers three different QR code sizes:
Small - 25 mm x 13 mm
Medium - 40 mm x 22 mm
Large - 72 mm x 42 mm

QR codes can be ordered via your Inventory ONE account. After logging in, go to the "QR codes" page under Settings (gear wheel top right). On this page, you can order the high-quality barcodes in the desired dimensions for a print run.

The QR codes are usually sent by Inventory ONE by letter.

QR codes are normally printed and dispatched by Inventory ONE on the day the order is placed. Your order will normally arrive within 1-3 working days.
