Assignments in Inventory ONEe are very flexible. Inventory can be assigned not only to colleagues and employees, but also to external persons, projects, locations, rooms or subcontractors. You can also flexibly set the access rights in Inventory ONE. Your employees can independently carry out and document the transfer and exchange of your equipment. For example, if you assign a device to an employee, this action is actively confirmed by the employee concerned. The same happens in reverse when an item is returned.

If inventory has been issued or loaned out, you can quickly find each individual item of equipment or device using our detailed search function. You can also specify whether employees can search the entire inventory or only for individual items of equipment assigned to them.
